Poolside Fitness Duty Supervisor

The Hurlingham Club is seeking a Fitness Duty Supervisor to actively oversee the Swimming & Fitness facilities, ensuring safe day-to-day operations and outstanding member service. The role covers poolside and studio supervision, rota-driven shifts, and collaboration with other departments to meet programme goals.

Ideal candidates will bring superb customer service, team leadership, and budget awareness, with qualifications in pool, lifeguard, first aid, or gym settings considered desirable.
