Role OverviewAct as Pooled Product Manager in Ireland, part of the Global Product team, responsible for developing and managing EU domiciled pooled fund ranges across the product lifecycle. The role collaborates with investment, distribution, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and finance teams to deliver commercially viable, well governed products that meet client needs and Irish & Dutch regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead lifecycle management across the pooled fund range, including fund launches, change events, closures, class issuance, and ongoing product enhancement in support of distribution priorities and entry into new markets.
- Oversee day to day maintenance of all funds, ensuring product structures, operating features, and supporting documentation remain accurate, fit for purpose, and aligned with business and investor requirements.
- Manage fund registrations and support market expansion activity by coordinating cross border registration requirements, local market needs, and associated implementation activity.
- Take ownership of budget and expense oversight for the pooled product range, including monitoring product related costs, supporting allocation methodologies, and contributing to commercial decision making.
- Provide strategic product support on matters such as tax, class issuance, structural change, and platform development, helping to simplify and optimise the operating model where possible.
- Coordinate regulatory filings and reporting requirements across the product range, supporting compliance with applicable UCITS, PRIIPs, SFDR, MiFID, and other relevant regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate the production of the Fund Financial Statements across the product range, supporting compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulatory obligations.
- Support investment oversight and product governance activities by working closely with investment, risk, legal, compliance, and operational stakeholders and contributing to strong governance frameworks.
- Maintain product content for fund websites and related external disclosures, ensuring investor facing information is current, accurate, and consistent with approved product documentation.
- Prepare and contribute to board reporting and governance materials, presenting product developments, change activity, regulatory matters, and key issues clearly to internal committees and boards.
- Strong knowledge of Irish & Dutch pooled fund structures, including UCITS and, ideally, AIF vehicles, with practical experience in fund launches, change events, and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable product plans and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing governance papers, product documentation, and client or sales support materials.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across investment, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and distribution teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with product governance, project management, and investment management toolsets.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in investment management, ManCo or asset servicing/administrator, including experience in product management, fund governance, or lifecycle management of Irish domiciled pooled funds.
