Policy Officer - Families First & Safeguarding Partnerships

Derby City Council is seeking a motivated Policy Officer to support the DDSCP during Families First reform. The role focuses on developing and implementing multi-agency safeguarding policies and guidance, aligning local practice with national reforms, and engaging partners for consultation.

Based at Kedleston Road Training Centre, Derby. The post requires safeguarding experience, strong written skills and the ability to translate complex guidance into practical local policies.
