Policy & Reward Architect (Fixed-Term)

East Riding of Yorkshire Council seeks a Policy and Reward Officer on a fixed-term basis to support the People Strategy and complement the council's strategic direction. Reporting to the Policy and Reward Manager, you will help develop, implement, and review HR policies for fair pay and reward.

With the Policy and Reward team pivotal to a 12,000-strong workforce, you will collaborate across services and partners to drive projects, engage trade unions, and promote inclusive employment practices.
