Policy & Engagement Lead, Public Standards & Learning

Northern Ireland Public Service Ombudsman is seeking a Policy and Engagement Officer to support the Director of Improvement, Engagement and Impact and Senior Policy & Engagement Officer.

You will help develop and implement learning from NIPSO investigations, including maladministration and local government standards investigations, and work to disseminate this learning to improve public services and standards of conduct.
