Job Description

Salesforce is seeking an ES Operations & Program Sr. Specialist with 4-5 years in HR operations to lead the Poland expansion and drive global HR programs.

You will manage Workday transactions, support cross functional teams, and ensure compliant, scalable HR operations across EMEA and beyond. You will work closely with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to deliver end to end service and help optimize knowledge management and ticketing processes using Salesforce Service
