Poland HR Ops & Programs Lead

Salesforce is seeking an ES Operations & Program Sr. Specialist with 4-5 years in HR operations to drive Poland expansion and scale ES operations globally.

You will manage Workday transactions, ensure compliance with Polish labor law, and collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal to deliver end-to-end service. Fluency in Polish and English is required; experience with HR ticketing systems and Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred.
