Job Description
Job Title: Point of Sale Account Manager

Overview

A leading printing and packaging solutions company is looking to expand its team through the appointment of an Account Manager who will have a complete overview on the demand and priorities to fulfil in the given areas/production sites.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Production Manager and production staff to process customer orders regarding the specification, production methods, artwork requirements, production scheduling and price for future work and work in progress.
  • Assist in the delivery process, obtaining delivery information and delivery instructions from the customer, and liaise with dispatch by providing a daily delivery requirement list for outwork.
Qualifications
  • Organised individual, able to quickly understand detailed instructions and relay this information in a clear, concise and unambiguous way.
  • Proactive and prepared to challenge information that does not appear to be meeting the customers' requirements, ensuring they are provided with the instructions and information they require to do their job effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as the link between sales, production, design and logistics.
  • Successful proven track record in a similar role.

The candidate must be resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
