Job Description
Job Purpose 
The PMO Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Agile Transformation Office (ATO) and Value Realisation Office (VRO). This role ensures effective governance, delivery assurance, data-driven insights, and continuous alignment of delivery teams with strategic business outcomes. The PMO Analyst acts as a central point for tracking value realisation, enabling agile planning and supporting transparency across the portfolio.
Job Duties- Maintain a central view of delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.
- Support the implementation and evolution of agile portfolio governance and delivery frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and OKR tracking using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Capex Vs Opex, SEI (Software Engineering Insights) and Power BI.
- Drive the use of outcome-based metrics and ensure teams are aligned to value delivery and strategic goals.
- Ensure data quality, version control, and integrity of all initiative-related documentation.
- Support lean portfolio and quarterly planning sessions.
- Provide analytical insights and assist in identifying trends, blockers, and delivery inefficiencies.
- Coordinate inputs for executive-level reporting and leadership updates.
- Maintain and support Communities of Practice (CoPs) within ATO/VRO.
- Work with Procurement and 3rd party suppliers to manage Contracts, Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Significant experience in a PMO, Delivery Assurance, or Business Analyst role.
- Experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proficiency in reporting/visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and self-driven, with a proactive mindset.
- Experience working in Agile PMO, VRO, or ATO environments.
- Understanding of OKRs and outcome-based reporting.
- Familiarity with agile metrics such as workflow, velocity, WIP, cycle time.
- Experience supporting product-led delivery teams.
