Salary: £41,600 - £43,680

Options Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a long established, family run Plumbing & Heating contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and looking after their team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a friendly, supportive workforce.

The Role

You will carry out a variety of plumbing and heating installation, service, and maintenance work across domestic and light commercial properties throughout the South Coast. This is a full time, permanent role offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to work with a business that genuinely values its people.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, service, and maintenance of domestic plumbing and heating systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Working independently or as part of a small team depending on project size
• Ensuring all work meets current safety and compliance standards
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally
• Completing job sheets and documentation accurately

  Essential:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Domestic Gas qualifications
  • IPAF
  • PASMA
  • Strong plumbing and heating experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills
