Job Overview

We are seeking a Plumber/Heating Engineer to join our team as a Renewable Installer. As a Renewable installer you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in mechanical systems and your ability to troubleshoot and solve problems will be essential in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients. The systems we work on are all Renewable based systems and range from small Heat Pumps to large Biomass systems.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain heating systems, including boilers, heat pumps, and radiators

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and inspecting heating equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues to identify the root cause of problems

- Repair or replace faulty components or parts of heating systems

- Test heating systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently

- Provide recommendations to clients on energy-saving measures and system upgrades

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements

Further training will be provided but the following qualifications are preferred:

- NVQ 2 or above in Plumbing/Heating

- Unvented HW cylinder cert (training can be given)

- Heat Pump qualification (not essential)

- Valid UK Full driver's license

- Mechanical knowledge of heating systems and their components
