Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for carrying out annual gas safety checks and services, landlord gas safety certificates on gas appliances and boiler breakdowns. Your role will also include installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems in both domestic and light commercial properties across Norwich and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out annual gas safety inspections on appliances and systems
Landlord Gas Safety certificates
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and company safety policies and completing necessary paperwork
Install and maintain domestic heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating
Carry out general plumbing work, including bathrooms, kitchens, and water systems
Ensure all work meets current industry standards and regulations
Deliver excellent customer service on every job

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
Gas Safe registered
OFTEC registered (desirable)
LPG qualified (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good communication and customer service
