Roland Whatmore Limited are a long established general building contractor based in Lancashire, we specialise in general building contracts and projects for our clients within the North West Area.
An opportunity has arisen for a time served Experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team working on reactive and planned projects for our portfolio of public and social housing sector clients.
A candidate with experience in bathroom fitting would be advantageous but not essential. The majority of our projects consist of general day to day plumbing and heating repairs/alterations, installation of boilers and bathroom adaptation works for various clients.

Successful Applicants to Have

Significant Experience In The Plumbing And Heating Industry
Experience In Bathroom/Adaptation Installation
Good Customer Service Skills
Pride in Work
Good Time Keeping

Licence/Certification/ Qualifications Required

NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating or Equivalent
Gas Qualifications - CCN1 & Appliances
Unvented Certification would be advantageous
Water Regulations Certification would be advantageous
Domestic Energy Efficiency Certification would be advantageous
Full Driving Licence
