Training

Unqualified Assessors will undergo training and support to complete an Assessor Qualification

Essential Criteria

• Must be a qualified Plumber, holding a minimum of a Level 3.
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Plumber.
• Must be 'Gas Safe' registered.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Duties include

• Deliver Plumbing and Domestic Heating Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
