Plumbing and Drainage Engineer
Locations: Dagenham/Hornchurch/Basildon/Heybridge/Tiptree/Witham/Hatfield/Witham Rayleigh/Chadwell Heath
Employment: Permanent Full Time
Salary: £34,418 Plus Vehicle and Package

Responsibilities include:
- To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
- Where necessary to procure essential parts and materials and to consult with the Store Manager to affect the repair and minimise disruption in the store.
- Foul Drainage and Grease PPM - locate all internal drains and check water flow, clearing any debris and grease trapped in the system.
- Surface Water PPM - clearing and jetting all downpipes and gulleys at store, in the car park and delivery yard.
- Roof PPM - conduct the cleaning and debris removal from all gutters, drainpipes, and gulleys internally and externally.
Qualifications / Experience
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating systems/Drainage or an equivalent qualification.
- Alternatively, a time-served apprenticeship with the appropriate City and Guilds qualification in Plumbing or Drainage is also accepted.
Desirable but not essential:
- Working in confined spaces
- Water Jetting
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating systems/Drainage or an equivalent qualification.
- You will be happy in a mobile role, travelling within your region to South west, Swindon, Exeter, Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, M4 Corridor
- You will have a fantastic attitude to work, be personable and ambitious
