We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join a reputable social housing contractor covering East London and Essex. This is a hands-on role working within occupied properties, where your skills will directly impact residents' comfort and safety every single day.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in social housing properties

• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently in occupied homes

• Working on reactive repairs and planned maintenance

• Installing and repairing pipework, sanitary ware, taps, toilets, baths, and showers

• Identifying leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues

• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards

• Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with residents

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within social housing or a similar environment

• Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• Professional, customer-focused attitude

• Full UK driving licence

• Flexibility to travel across East London and Essex
