Plumber - £16-£18/hour + Signing Bonus - London (Wandsworth Based)
Full-Time Permanent (after 3-month probation)

MNM Property Services is a well-established housing maintenance company looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing team. You'll carry out responsive repairs and general plumbing work across residential properties in London.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

• London-based work (mainly Greater London)

Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing & reactive repairs

• Social housing experience (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence

• Own tools required

• Right to work in the UK

• Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills

• Other trade skills are a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Attend reactive maintenance jobs

• Accurately record measurements & materials

• Take before/after job photos

• Report back on job progress & issues

• Recommend materials for future works
