We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join an established housing association, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced Plumber who is also confident completing a range of associated multi-trade works.

The Role

• General plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks
• Repairing/replacing toilets, taps, sinks and sanitaryware
• Bathroom repairs and installations
• Pipework repairs and replacements
• Working within occupied and void social housing properties
• Completing associated multi-trade works
• Updating and completing jobs using the provided tablet
• Providing a professional service when working in tenants' homes

Requirements

• Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience
• Strong plumbing background
• Relevant plumbing qualification or substantial demonstrable trade experience
• Good multi-trade ability
• Experience working within occupied properties
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload

Tiling
Patch plastering
Carpentry
Painting & decorating
Bathroom fitting
General property maintenance
