Plot Sales Conveyancer - Fast-Paced Residential Deals

Taylor Wimpey seeks a Conveyancing Coordinator to manage day-to-day plot sale transactions across regional Business Units. You will liaise with Sales and Technical teams and provide reporting and monitoring for progression and completion of plot sales.

Role involves overseeing pre-exchange, exchange and completion, ensuring compliance with schemes and delivering timely reports. Strong knowledge of conveyancing and ability to handle high-volume work are essential.
