PLC Programmer

Job Title: PLC Developer (Remote)

Position Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced PLC Developer to join our team.

This is a fully remote position that involves developing, improving, customizing, and commissioning software for programmable logic controllers (PLC) in intralogistics plants.

Responsibilities:

• From Scratch Development: Receive specifications on what the machine needs to do and build the corresponding software.
• Improvement: Add new features or extend existing ones.
• Customization: Adapt "off the shelf" software for specific projects or plants.
• Commissioning: Install and verify the software on-site at the customer's location, ensuring everything operates smoothly as planned.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Siemens PLC, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Beckhoff, Codesys, and TwinCAT.
• Knowledge of software development for intralogistics plants is preferable.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in PLC software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
