An Excellent opportunity has arisen for a controls engineer to join a well-established special purpose machinery manufacturer in a varied role, working on a range of technical projects.

The company have a great reputation and through growth and the securing of new long term projects, they require a controls engineer to join their established controls and automation team.

This role offers the opportunity to have a heavy involvement in hands-on projects, as well as technical office based work and occasional onsite commission.

You will be responsible for software development on a range of PLC systems including Siemens, Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi and will receive further training and support within a well-established and experienced automation department.

This role would suit a controls engineer or a strong electrical PLC engineer looking to develop into a specialist software automation specialist, working for a leading special purpose machine manufacturer offering training, development and a chance to boost your earnings through overtime.

The Role:

• Controls Engineer

The Candidate:

• 2+ years' experience in a controls/automation/software role
• Electrical Background
• Strong understanding of PLCs
