Platform Product Manager: Reliability, Scale & DevEx

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Technical Product Manager for our platform team to drive platform-as-a-product initiatives, focusing on reliability, observability, and developer experience. You will partner with engineers to define how the platform scales to millions of customers and create a backlog aligned with business value.

You will own the platform value proposition, KPIs, and roadmap, joining cross-functional stakeholders across platform, apps, data, security, and operations.
