Platform Lead: Demand & Capability Champion

easyJet is seeking a Platform Lead - Demand & Capability to drive end-to-end workload planning and capacity protection within its Airline Operations Platform. You will own the demand register, oversee triage and prioritization, and steer cross-functional teams across crew, flight planning, and maintenance.

You will lead a small leadership team, champion platform-as-a-product thinking, and ensure changes are safe to land through rigorous impact assessments.
