Based in the Customer Engagement team, this role is an integral part of the wider CX (Customer Experience) Team. As a Platform Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting platforms and technology across CX. You will deliver support to teams both internally within Samsung and across our key service delivery and customer support partners. You will work at the intersection of technology and people, driving change that improves efficiency, streamlines processes, and maximizes the value of new systems and technologies. Job title: Platform Executive Job Description: What You'll Do: Take ownership of a portfolio of digital platforms within Capita Experience, while staying ahead of broader technology developments across the business. Build strong partnerships with vendors to deliver on performance goals, using clear KPIs and shared success measures. Lead technology change initiatives from start to finish-introducing new systems, tools, and processes that make work easier and more efficient for everyone. Work closely with stakeholders across leadership, IT, and business teams to understand needs, address challenges, and ensure smooth transitions. Manage platform issues and incidents by troubleshooting effectively, collaborating with vendors, and driving improvements based on root cause analysis. Develop and maintain business continuity plans to keep platforms resilient and reliable. Translate business requirements into practical solutions that deliver continuous improvement and better experiences. Use collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence to support teamwork across internal and external partners. What You'll Bring: Hands-on experience in a technical digital or technology role. Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Sprinklr, Qualtrics, Salesforce, or Verint. Strong analytical skills to assess impacts and turn insights into action. Attention to detail for planning and executing change initiatives. A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges with confidence. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions. Excellent communication skills-able to make complex changes clear and accessible. Confidence to build trust, influence ideas, and inspire positive change. Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities at pace. Curiosity to challenge the status quo and ask the right questions. Commitment to putting people at the heart of technology improvements.
