Platform Engineer

Platform/Observability Engineer opportunity - Quantitative Technology - London

• Looking for an experienced Observability Engineer with a strong background in Platform Engineering, SRE or large-scale distributed systems
• You'll be building and evolving large-scale telemetry platforms, improving Kubernetes observability and shaping how telemetry is collected and processed across a highly technical engineering environment
• The focus is on developing scalable telemetry pipelines, working with OpenTelemetry collectors, SDKs and exporters, and improving platform reliability
• You'll bring strong experience across OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes and AWS, alongside Go or Python
• Experience with Datadog, New Relic or Dynatrace, as well as Terraform, Helm or ArgoCD, will be highly relevant
• A background in SRE, platform infrastructure or building observability tooling at scale would be particularly attractive
