Coolings Nurseries is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead the plant area and shop, driving sales through strong merchandising and customer service. You will supervise a team, manage stock, and ensure displays are attractive and well stocked.

A good level of plant knowledge and prior supervisory experience are advantageous. Full-time hours, permanent role with an emphasis on safety, service, and teamwork.
