As a Plant Service Controller, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant hire service. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with the parts department for timely delivery of parts.
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Providing training and guidance to the customer service team.
• Manage and supervise engineer locations to ensure they attend the right jobs by working closely with the after sales and administrative teams.
• Participating in an on call rota and attending national and international meetings/exhibitions as required.

Customer Service Advisor, Hire Controller, Service Co ordinator, Rental Administrator, Rental Manager, Hire Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator, Service Controller, or Hire Administrator. Experience in plant hire, tool hire, powered access, builders' merchants, commercial vehicles, agriculture, or construction hire would be an advantageous.
