Plant Operator & Groundworker (Telehandler + Mini Digger)

Mercia Electrical Ltd is seeking an experienced Plant Operator / Groundworker to join the commercial delivery team. The role combines telehandler and mini excavator operation with hands-on groundworks for commercial solar and EV charging installations.

Nationwide travel and regular overnight stays are required. You will split time between operating equipment, installing ducting, and reinstating surfaces, while supporting site logistics and collaborating with electricians.
