Plant Operator (10-tonne+) - Overtime & Long-Term Roles

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Machine Operator to support arboriculture, vegetation management and infrastructure projects across the South East. Role covers operating plant machinery and performing safety checks, with regular overtime and a temp-to-perm route.

Location is Maidstone or Polegate, hours 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime evenings and weekends as required. Salary includes £121-£130 per day and enhanced overtime with an OTE of £45,000-£50,000+.
