Plant Molecular Genetics Research Assistant

The University of Edinburgh invites applications for a Research Associate to study the role of ZHOUPI genes in cell death and embryo-surrounding maternal tissues in Marchantia polymorpha and other non-seed plant models. The post is within the Goodrich group in the Institute of Molecular Plant Sciences and supported by a PDRA.

The successful candidate will assist with plant transformation, molecular cloning, maintaining genetic stocks and mutant screens, in collaboration with related labs; the
