Plant Manager, Malting & Operations Leader

Soufflet Malt seeks a Plant Manager to lead Witham operations, reporting to the England Operations Manager. You will oversee daily plant performance, maintain quality, safety, and cost controls, and drive continuous improvement across production, maintenance, and EHSQ.

The role requires a minimum of three years in malting/food processing production management, with team leadership and budget responsibilities. It is based on-site in Witham, Monday-Friday, with occasional callouts.
