Plant Manager: Lean Six Sigma for 24/7 Process Excellence

E3recruitment is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a process manufacturing site near Beverley/Hull. You will lead plant operations, drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement, and develop operators and technicians to meet safety, quality and performance targets.

You will utilise data analytics to optimise performance, resolve bottlenecks, and develop SOPs, risk assessments and safety protocols.
