Plant Manager - Bedford, commutable from: Kettering, Cambridge, Northampton, Luton, Milton Keynes. Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + Day Shifts (9am-5pm) + No Callout/Weekends + Development + Private Health Insurance + 26 Days Holiday (+ BH).
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join an innovative company during an exciting period of growth and transformation, taking on an instrumental role in maintaining a world-class facility. This position is autonomous and will play a pivotal role in managing the maintenance within this industry-leading site, ensuring high standards, safety, and an empowered working environment are maintained. The company operates one of the only facilities in the world that specialise in their niche field. They are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to contribute to the ongoing success and development of their bespoke and globally recognised operation.
Responsibilities- Maintenance management in an industrial environment
- Leading a multi-disciplinary maintenance team
- Ensuring compliance and safety across the site
- Day-based, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
- Optimising plant reliability, overseeing operations and maintenance, building stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement
- Engineering qualification
- Team management experience
- Asbestos and Legionella experience desirable
- Must hold a British Passport and be able to pass security clearance
- The Role: Maintenance management in an industrial environment and leadership of a maintenance team to uphold safety and standards
