Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading daily manufacturing operations to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA and all regulatory requirements
• Overseeing production planning, labor scheduling, and resource allocation
• Managing and developing production and maintenance teams
• Utilizing ERP and Microsoft 365 tools to monitor KPIs and streamline reporting
• Supporting equipment maintenance, capital projects, and operational upgrades

What You'll Need to Be Considered:

• Consistency in Employment History (length of employment)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system
• Strong background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance
