About the Role

This large multi national manufacturing operation seeks an experienced Plant Manager who is hungry for success and committed to improving manufacturing efficiency through better management of production resources, using lean tools and Kaizen principles to improve profit margins.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Implement lean and Kaizen methodologies across production lines.
• Manage production resources to optimize utilization and minimize waste.
• Analyze and improve profit margins through effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Passion for optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience implementing lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Proven ability to improve profit margins via resource management.
• Current or recent experience in the solid board packaging sector.
• Experience in a plant management or equivalent leadership role.
