Plant Manager - Green Energy & Safety Leader

Air Liquide Biogas Solutions UK is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Northwick AD plant at Moreton in Marsh, overseeing engineering, operations and admin. You will report to the General Manager and lead a 12 person team, with UK travel as required.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, safety, financial discipline, and continuous improvement in a waste-to-energy context. On call duties are included.
