Plant Maintenance Leader - Reliability & Safety

WestRock is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead service and maintenance staff, ensuring the safe repair and upgrade of mill assets while driving continuous improvement to enable efficient, high-quality production.

The role requires strategic leadership, a track record of maintenance excellence, and the ability to set safety goals, manage KPIs and collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team and labor representatives where needed.
