Plant HR Leader: Talent, Culture & Strategy

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support plant leaders in Milton Keynes. You will advise on complex HR issues, drive a culture of accountability, and lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and total rewards programs to align with company policies.

You will guide on employee relations, compliance with labour laws, and development of leadership skills, ensuring workforce metrics inform management decisions and staffing plans in a fast-paced manufacturing
