Plant GM - Bondgate: Growth & Operational Excellence

Refresco UK invites applications for a Plant General Manager at Bondgate. You will lead a high volume beverage manufacturing site, set the strategic direction, champion safety and quality, and develop a capable, engaged team to deliver exceptional performance.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will own the P&L, drive investment and productivity, and partner with customers and leadership to realise Refresco's growth ambitions and values.
