Construction Plant Fitter Location: Dublin, Ireland Rate: Up to €29 per hour Type: Permanent, Full-Time 40 Hours per Week Syntech Recruitment are partnering with a leading crane hire specialist to find an experienced Plant Fitter to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Plant Fitter Duties Service, maintain, and repair mobile cranes, crawler cranes, and construction plant Carry out mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fault diagnosis and repair Complete routine inspections, scheduled servicing, and breakdown response Work across depot and customer sites, coordinating with clients and colleagues Complete accurate service records and job documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area Work safely and in line with all health and safety procedures Plant Fitter Requirements Proven experience as a construction plant fitter is essential Time-served plant fitter, heavy vehicle, or mechanical qualification Experience maintaining mobile cranes, heavy plant, or construction equipment Strong hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting skills Able to work independently and manage your own workload on site Strong work ethic and reliability Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites Crane or lifting equipment experience is an advantage What's on Offer Top rates of pay, depending on experience Permanent, full-time role Opportunity to join an established, reputable business with a growing team Work on a large, modern heavy lift fleet across Ireland and the UK Apply today to speak with one of our consultants.
