Position: Plant Engineer

Responsibilities: Oversee inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of plant hire equipment in the region, ensuring safety and compliance with Speedy standards. Collaborate with depot engineers, drivers, and hire desk teams to prioritize repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to test and repair plant equipment to high standards, preferably within the hire industry or similar
  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in a relevant discipline
  • Technical or engineering background is desirable
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Support the business unit in delivering our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00, 42 hours per week
