Job Description

The Sainsbury Laboratory at the University of Cambridge has a Research Assistant position in the Bhatia Group. You will contribute to cutting-edge research on cytokinin regulation of morphogenesis using Arabidopsis thaliana leaves as the model.

The role includes plant growth, phenotyping, crossing, DNA extraction and genotyping, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, cloning, qPCR, CRISPR-Cas9 editing, and time-lapse confocal microscopy.
