Overview

Join one of the region's leading planning teams and undertake a high quality of planning work both locally and nationally.

Role

• Provide focused, clear and commercial solutions across an exciting and varied caseload.
• Advise on high-profile commercial development projects, including major office and retail and logistics schemes.
• Act for all of the major house builders on residential-led strategic projects.
• Handle infrastructure work, including Development Consent Orders, particularly in the highways sector and strategic rail freight interchange market.

Skills Required

• Driven, determined and ambitious solicitor with a desire to advance your career with a top tier Planning team.
• Experienced with a range of planning matters and be confident working closely with partners and high value clients.
• Motivated to strengthen and develop new client relationships and take an active role in promoting the firm's reputation both in and out of work.
• Excellent case management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise and commercially minded solutions to a varied range of clients.
