Title: Planning Solicitor

PQE: 1+ PQE

Location: Leicester

Salary: £Dependent on experience

Responsibilities

• Deal with a varied caseload of planning related matters, advising clients within the private and public sectors.
• Cover the full range of planning work, including strategic planning advice, planning applications / agreements and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.

Qualifications

• Up to 6 years' PQE in planning law gained within a reputable practice renowned for its planning offerings.
• Confident and detail focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen, good communication skills and strong drafting ability.
• Desire to further develop a career in planning law, working on behalf of an impressive client list and handling high quality work.
