Planning Officer needed in North London Paying £18.22 per hr ref 013513

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Processing of planning applications in line with legislation and policy
• Provision of general planning advice to applicants and stakeholders
• Preparation and handling of planning appeals
• Contributing to the development of planning policy and associated documents
• Investigation of breaches of planning control and making appropriate recommendations
• Preparing clear, well reasoned reports and professional correspondence
• Ongoing continuing professional development in Town Planning
• Providing mentoring and guidance to more junior team members
