Job Description
The Planning team advise public and private sector clients on all aspects of planning and development. Their goal is to maximise site or scheme value for clients and ensure proposals receive planning permission first time. With over 70 planning and development specialists in six locations across the UK, the team work collaboratively with colleagues across JLL to deliver strategic, commercially driven advice to ensure we achieve the best possible results for our clients. The teamwork across all sectors including residential, retail, office, industrial, education, leisure, and alternatives. Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards professional chartership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Over the course of the programme, you will be supported through the RTPI Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and will gain exposure to a variety of exciting projects, helping develop your knowledge and skills.You will become a confident and competent planner and be ready to step into a qualified role in the business as part of our Planning and Development team. Take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge and professional development to support your growth. Training opportunities for everyone - No matter your experience or role, both our Early Careers and Learning teams will provide you with lots of ways to improve and develop your skills, from managing stakeholders and clients to report and pitch writing. Required Skills and Experience: Degree - A combined RTPI accredited qualification, or 'spatial' and 'specialist' RTPI accredited qualifications.
