Planning Engineer

Job Title: Site Planning Engineer

Duration: 12 Months

Role Summary:

Lead and manage the construction scheduling for a major EPC project. Develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress, analyse risks, and propose corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years' experience on large industrial EPC projects, with strong site construction background
• Full autonomy in site planning activities
• Expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and baseline project schedules following company WBS
• Incorporate all stakeholder activities and coordinate discipline schedules
• Analyse critical paths and support schedule risk mitigation
• Update schedules and progress reports monthly
• Provide progress analysis and corrective action proposals
• Support Project Manager in execution strategy and reporting
