Planning Compliance & Enforcement Investigator

The Planning Compliance and Enforcement Team at Basingstoke Council is seeking an enthusiastic professional to support enforcement and compliance across planning control matters.

You will proactively manage a caseload from initial complaint through to appeals, provide planning advice, and gain knowledge of relevant legislation with support to develop into the role. A full driving licence is essential.
