The Intelligence function of the Strategy & Transformation Dept are looking for an Analyst to enhance the team, to contribute to the development and support of our Mental Health Services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member for our small team who will have a specific portfolio for design and development of datasets and information requirements, together with the often complex analysis, interpretation and presentation / reporting of the resulting information with a particular focus on providing advice to senior managers and clinicians both locally, regionally and nationally. You will be a numerate Graduate with relevant experience in a similar role in the NHS or large complex organisation OR a Graduate with a relevant post graduate qualification, preferably in the specialist field of medical / health statistics, and with experience in a similar role in the NHS or large complex organisation.

Additional Information for Candidates- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
