Planning and Capacity Executive (Homecare)

Comfort Keepers is looking for a Planning & Capacity Executive to help drive effective scheduling, forward planning and capacity utilisation across our national network. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or service operations.

What You'll Do

• Drive effective forward planning and scheduling across our branch network
• Monitor capacity, scheduling performance and key operational KPIs
• Identify scheduling challenges and work with teams to implement solutions
• Support branches to maximise carer capacity and available hours
• Drive effective annual leave planning, particularly during peak periods
• Support the permanent scheduling of new homecare packages
• Train and mentor Care Planners on planning and capacity processes
• Analyse trends and support branches with improvement action plans
• Prepare weekly management reports and presentations
• Support projects, process improvements and operational initiatives
• Work collaboratively with Recruitment, Referrals and other teams to support business growth

What We're Looking For

• Experience in planning, scheduling, rostering, workforce coordination or operations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident working with data, KPIs and performance reports
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
• A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions
